Production safeguard

The sample is the checkpoint for content, size, colour, page order and finishing. Once approved, the remaining quantity is produced to that agreed standard.

Plan the run before production.
What qualifies as a bulk order?+
There is no single page threshold for every product. Quantity pricing depends on the job type, printed sides, paper, colour, finishing and total production volume.
How do you calculate document sets?+
We multiply the number of printed pages in one complete set by the number of sets required, then account for colour pages, paper and finishing.
Do you provide a sample before the full run?+
For suitable larger jobs, Phoenix uses a sample or proof approval step before mass production. Production begins after the approved sample and order details are confirmed.
How much lead time should I allow?+
As much as possible. Lead time depends on total volume, stock, finishing, design readiness and the current queue. Fixed event dates should be disclosed at quotation.
Can bulk jobs include sorting or binding?+
Yes. Collating, stapling, binding, folding and other finishing may be available and should be included in the original quote request.
Is a deposit required?+
Payment requirements are confirmed with the quotation and before production is scheduled.
