Phoenix production safeguard
Approve one sample before the full quantity.
For suitable multi-item orders, the sample is the checkpoint for spelling, artwork, colour, placement, size and product compatibility. The remaining quantity follows the approved production standard.
Customer-supplied items
“Bring your own” requires a compatibility check.
Fabric, coating, shape, seams, heat sensitivity, age and prior treatments can affect customization. Unique or sentimental items carry added risk and may be declined.

Supply artwork you have the right to reproduce.
The customer is responsible for permission to use logos, photographs, characters, trademarks and copyrighted designs. Phoenix may refuse content that appears unauthorized, unlawful or unsuitable.
Custom printing FAQ
Before design and production.
Can I send my own design?+
Yes. High-resolution, print-ready artwork is preferred. Transparent-background files or vector artwork may be required depending on the product and decoration method.
Can Phoenix create the design?+
Yes. Provide final wording, original images, logo, colours, placement and style direction. Design work is quoted separately from production.
Will colours look exactly like my phone screen?+
Not always. Screens emit light while inks, toner, transfers and substrates reproduce colour differently. Product colour and material also influence the final appearance.
Can I bring my own item to customize?+
Possibly, after assessment. Customer-supplied items carry compatibility and production risk; Phoenix may decline unsuitable materials and cannot guarantee replacement of a unique item if the process fails.
Can you print any logo, character or photograph?+
Customers must have permission to reproduce supplied trademarks, copyrighted artwork, photographs and other protected content. Phoenix may decline questionable or prohibited material.
Do you provide a sample before a larger order?+
Yes, where practical. Phoenix’s standard safeguard is approval of one sample or production proof before the remaining quantity is completed.
Can custom products be completed the same day?+
Some simple, in-stock, print-ready jobs may qualify. Eligibility depends on product stock, artwork, setup, quantity, method, approval and the production queue.
