Authorization and proof questions

What proof may be requested for a business stamp?

Government-issued identification plus records connecting the requester to the organization, such as Articles of Incorporation, current company/director information, an authorization letter on verifiable letterhead, or another record Phoenix reasonably accepts.

Does showing a document guarantee approval?

No. Phoenix may request additional verification, contact the organization through independently available details, restrict the stamp wording, or decline an order where authority, purpose or authenticity remains unclear.

Can you copy an existing stamp from a photograph?

Only after authorization and quality assessment. Reproducing an impression, seal-like design, signature or sensitive wording may be refused even when a sample is supplied.

Who is responsible for spelling and company details?

The customer must approve the final proof, including legal name, registration details, address, telephone number, titles, punctuation and layout. Phoenix produces the approved impression but does not certify the legal accuracy of the information.
