Do frame sizes refer to the photo or outside dimensions?
Frame labels usually refer to the opening or artwork size, not the total outside frame. Bring or send exact measurements for confirmation.
Can Phoenix print and frame my photo?
Yes. We can assess the source image, recommend a print size and coordinate printing with a suitable frame.
Can non-standard items be framed?
Often yes, after assessment. Custom feasibility depends on dimensions, depth, weight, mounting requirements and available materials.
Can I place an order if a style is unavailable?
Yes. We can record a special-order or sourcing request. Price, lead time and availability are confirmed before commitment.
