Booklet pages are arranged to print, fold and assemble in the correct order. Depending on the format, the layout may require page counts in specific multiples. Send the final file for review before relying on a production total.

Brochure & booklet FAQ

Plan the format before printing.

What is the difference between a brochure and a booklet?+

A brochure is commonly a folded sheet or short folded piece. A booklet has multiple pages assembled and usually stapled or bound. The best format depends on content and use.

Why does page count matter for booklets?+

Pages must be arranged for the selected finished size and binding method. Some booklet formats require page counts in specific multiples, so the final file must be reviewed before quoting.

Can Phoenix design the layout?+

Yes. Provide final text, original images, logo, page order and style direction. Multi-page layout and corrections are quoted separately from printing.

Can the cover use different paper?+

Possibly. Cover and inside-paper options depend on stock, design, binding and production method. Tell us the desired feel and budget.

Will I receive a sample?+

For suitable multi-copy work, a proof or sample approval step is used before full production. Carefully review page order, margins, colours, spelling and finishing.

How much lead time is needed?+

Brochures and booklets require more planning than simple document printing. Lead time depends on file readiness, page count, quantity, stock, folding or binding and the queue.
