Yes. A print-ready PDF with correct size, bleed and safe margins is preferred. We review the supplied file before production.
Can Phoenix design the card for me?+
Yes. Print-design support is available when you provide the logo, wording, contact details, colours and examples of the style you prefer. Design charges are confirmed separately.
Will I approve the design before printing?+
Yes. New or revised designs require approval of the proof or sample before the full quantity is produced.
Can you reprint a previous card?+
Usually, if the approved file remains available and no details have changed. Always confirm that phone numbers, email, role and other information are still correct.
How quickly can cards be ready?+
Turnaround depends on file readiness, quantity, stock, finishing and the current production schedule. A confirmed deadline is provided with the order.
