Outdoor and freestanding products may be affected by wind, rain, sunlight, surface conditions, traffic and public access. Permission, placement, anchoring and safe use remain the customer’s responsibility unless separately agreed in writing.

Can Phoenix help with the design?+

Yes. Design or production artwork can be quoted separately. Supply final wording, dimensions, logo, colours, images and intended viewing distance.

Is installation included?+

Not automatically. Site measurement, access, mounting surface, height, hardware, travel, permissions and installer availability require a separate assessment.

Will outdoor material last permanently?+

No. Outdoor signs and graphics weather over time. Lifespan depends on substrate, ink, laminate, finishing, installation, sunlight, wind, moisture and maintenance.

Do I approve a proof?+

Yes. Check dimensions, spelling, phone numbers, dates, arrows, orientation, colours and finishing before production.
