Phoenix can print using the supplied file and requested print settings. The customer or responsible professional must verify scale, dimensions, sheet size and accuracy before the plan is relied upon.
Which file format is preferred?+
A correctly prepared PDF is generally preferred because it preserves sheet layout more reliably. Other formats may need conversion or assessment.
Can you scan old or folded plans?+
Possibly, after inspection. Tears, tape, staples, folds, moisture, brittleness, thickness and document size can affect safe feeding and scan quality.
Do you prepare architectural or engineering drawings?+
No. Phoenix provides reproduction services for customer-supplied plans. Design, drafting, professional certification and regulatory approval must come from the appropriate qualified professional.
Are all listed sizes always available?+
The listed sizes are service pathways, not an unconditional stock guarantee. Paper, orientation, file setup, equipment capacity and current supplies must be confirmed.
Can you enlarge a smaller drawing?+
Yes where practical, but enlargement does not automatically preserve an intended professional scale. The resulting dimensions must be verified by the customer or responsible professional.
