Some originals are irreplaceable or incompatible with heat, pressure, adhesives or cutting. Phoenix may decline a finishing method when the material presents an unreasonable risk.

Can Phoenix finish documents printed elsewhere?+
Sometimes. Customer-supplied work must be inspected for size, material, condition, ink stability and compatibility before acceptance.
Can every document be laminated?+
No. Heat-sensitive, irreplaceable, damaged, curled, unusually thick or certain specialty materials may be unsuitable. Originals should be assessed before laminating.
Which binding method should I choose?+
The appropriate option depends on page count, paper, cover, required durability, presentation and whether pages need to lie flat or be updated.
Do you trim customer-supplied artwork?+
Potentially, after reviewing crop marks, margins, final size and the risk of cutting into text or images. Phoenix follows the approved specification.
Can finishing be completed the same day?+
Some straightforward jobs may qualify. Timing depends on quantity, material, setup, equipment availability and the current queue.
Should I approve a sample?+
For suitable repeated or higher-risk work, a sample is recommended before completing the full quantity.
